Fomacon Verwaltung GmbH, founded in 2010, deals exclusively with the management of limited partnerships and, as general partner, conducts business in the interest of the companies in which the fomacon group holds an interest.

This allows the competence and know-how to be bundled. While Fomacon Verwaltung GmbH deals with the legal and tax requirements of the company, the managers of the individual limited partnerships can exclusively take care of the operational business. Thus, both sides benefit from this business model.
